Leontiy Korotkikh is the founding attorney with Viking Law Firm, PC who focuses on helping his clients in obtaining the compensation they deserve when injured due to no fault of their own. He has handled a range of complex personal injury and wrongful death cases, including auto accidents, motorcycle, semi-truck, ride-sharing, public transportation accidents, slip and fall, sidewalk trip and fall.
Mr. Korotkikh graduated from California State University, Northridge with a Bachelor of Science, with the focus on Business Law. Prior to graduation, Mr. Korotkikh commenced an internship at an insurance defense firm. While working with the defense firm Mr. Korotkikh attended University of West Los Angeles, receiving his law degree. Upon obtaining his license to practice law in California, Mr. Korotkikh transitioned to an Associate Attorney at the insurance defense firm, focusing on representing employers, carriers and third-party administrators in various types of cases.
Having gone through various dealings with the insurance companies, Mr. Korotkikh made the decision to focus his practice on helping the injured get the compensation they deserve. His experience in insurance defense allows for a much better understanding of how insurance companies think and try to settle claims for an unfair amount that adds an insult to the injury.
Mr. Korotkikh also practices immigration law and assists Asylum seekers present their case with the Department of Justice.
During his time off, Mr. Korotkikh spends his time with his family.
